The conversations helped me a lot, as you always listened to me and gave me concrete tactics and methods on a wide range of topics that gave me confidence (and I have already learnt many methods, such as deep breathing). You also always gave me the feeling that I was seen and understood and by listening to my thoughts you also helped me a lot to stop my mind racing, so that I always came away from our conversations feeling positive.
